Office teams join operations to help with cleaning, furnishing, and customer service, staying close to our customers and learning firsthand. In Luleå, our HR Manager Ann Wetterstrand had an inspiring day together with Area Manager Therese Johansson. Ann shared: "It was fantastic to see everything happening in Luleå. We need more units here with all the opportunities available!" As the new head of Sweden, Erik Johnson has an important role in ensuring that the company's offering meets the customers' needs in the best way. His task will be to optimize the product range for different customer segments and at the same time identify new business opportunities to drive the company's growth in Sweden.
