Last month Lamor conducted a training day in the advanced use of spill response equipment at Peru LNG Melchorita terminal, The first and only-one liquefied natural gas (LNG) processing plant in South America, led by a multidisciplinary Lamor team coming from different countries from the region. During this day, we continue running the Training & knowledge transfer program that Lamor has been developing with Peru LNG since 2017. With the incorporation of ultra-rapid deployment containment booms systems and other advanced response devices for oil spill response, we were able to strengthen the operational and tactical response capacity of all Peru LNG team members, who gave a great account of their commitment to continuous improvement and deep understanding of the Emergency Response Plan.
