His experience and understanding of the market make him a great asset to our team. 🔹 Santy Vongkhamsaeng has over 20 years of expertise in sheet metal fabrication, holding key roles in programming, operations, training, and management. He has led fabrication, production planning, and safety initiatives, as well as developed a new fabrication division, bringing all sheet metal production in-house. With their combined experience, Vlado and Santy will play a key role in strengthening our presence and delivering top-tier solutions to our customers in North America. Days to remember for the Vaski Group! For the first time, the Sales managers of Vaski , Pivatic Oy and Ursviken Technology met under the same roof for a sales training. Each manager brought their experience to create a common strategic vision together. It was an exceptional opportunity to understand the particularities of each company and the products. Vaski Group is pleased to announce that the previously announced acquisition of Ursviken Technology AB has now been completed. Nicklas Jakobsson, the CEO of Ursviken Technology AB prior to the acquisition will join the Vaski Group Board of Directors, bringing his experience and valuable insights to the team as a non-executive director. He will resign from his current role at Ursviken as CEO in early April before assuming his position on the board, where he will contribute to the continued growth and innovation of Vaski Group, Ursviken and Pivatic. This acquisition underscores Vaski’s strategy of integrating leadership and expertise from acquired businesses, fostering a unified approach to advancing industrial innovation and also allows us to leverage Nicklas’s knowledge and experience. #vaski #metalfabrication #sheetmetal
