Mental Health Care
Empowering children's mental resilience through innovative, evidence-based gaming
About us
Evidence-based mental health management game Triumfland Saga for children aged 7-12. The onset of more than 50% of mental disorders happens before the age of 14, which makes targeting prevention and promotion towards children and young people important. However, existing healthcare services fall short in their ability to prevent long-term negative impact on child and adolescent health. Consequently, only 1 in 4 children with mental health issues receives treatment at the moment. Digital medicine is highly relevant when it comes to youth mental health in two fundamental aspects: detection of emerging mental illness and providing youth-friendly treatment. Our DTx platform combines psychosocial research, validated psychological techniques and data analytics to assess, monitor as well as support the mental health of children and induce the creation of healthy habits during gameplay. Unlike most other commercially available digital health solutions, the digital intervention is based on the Self-Determination Theory of motivation and behaviour change. Through a game environment, research-based content is delivered to educate, monitor and support children in a personalised manner. Triumfland Saga is available in 9 languages: English, French, Spanish, Ukrainian, Estonian, Finnish, Swedish, Romanian, Russian. For parents, we offer a subscription-based model where they can access and use Triumfland Saga on a monthly basis. This allows parents to provide their children with ongoing mental health support and engagement. Additionally, we offer annual licenses to educational institutions or hospitals and governments. These licenses provide access to Triumfland Saga for a specified period, enabling these organizations to incorporate the game into their programs and services. By offering annual licenses, we provide a cost-effective solution for institutions to integrate our mental health game into their existing offerings and reach a larger number of children in need.

📢 A new report from the World Health Organization and UN Children’s Fund sheds light on a critical issue: nearly one in seven children and adolescents aged 10 to 19 are grappling with mental health conditions, with anxiety, depression, and behavioural disorders being the most prevalent. The statistics are alarming: 🟢 One-third of mental health conditions emerge before the age of 14. 🟢 Half emerge before the age of 18. Yet, despite this urgent need for action, access to mental health services remains largely out of reach for many young people. Systemic barriers—such as low service availability, high costs, and the stigma surrounding mental health—prevent those in need from receiving proper care. The report highlights a troubling trend: public funding and human resources for mental health services are often scarce, particularly for children and adolescents, especially in low and middle-income countries. It emphasises that addressing the mental health needs of children and teens must be a collective effort. Importantly, the report calls attention to the millions of children with mental health conditions who are institutionalised, despite having families that could care for them. This practice leads to poor health and social outcomes. At Triumf Health, we understand the urgency of this situation. Through initiatives like Triumfland Saga, we are committed to providing accessible mental health education and support for children and adolescents. By fostering emotional intelligence and resilience, we aim to empower young people to navigate their mental health challenges. Now is the time to unite and advocate for better mental health resources for our youth. Let’s work together to ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive mentally and emotionally. 💚 #MentalHealth #ChildrensMentalHealth #YouthWellbeing #MentalHealthAwareness #MentalHealthMatters #WorldHealthOrganization #UNICEF #ChildrensRights #EmotionalIntelligence #Resilience #MentalHealthEducation #TriumfHealth #TogetherForMentalHealth #BreakingTheStigma #AccessToCare #CollectiveAction

Mental health education is essential for the well-being of our children, yet it’s often overlooked during their formative years. Research shows that early childhood is a critical time for emotional and mental development, and introducing mental health education at this stage can lay the groundwork for a healthier, more resilient generation. 💡 Why Start Early? 🟢 Foundation of Mental Health: The early years are when a child’s brain is rapidly developing, forming the building blocks for emotional and social skills that will influence their mental health throughout their lives. 🟢 Early Intervention: Mental health issues can emerge at a young age, but early education allows children to learn coping mechanisms and emotional intelligence, preventing more serious problems later on. 🟢 Developing Emotional Intelligence: Teaching children to recognise and manage their emotions helps them handle stress and build healthy relationships, equipping them for life’s challenges. 🟢 Reducing Stigma: By normalising discussions around mental health from an early age, we can combat the stigma that often prevents individuals from seeking help. 💡Triumfland Saga's Role Triumfland Saga is a groundbreaking tool for mental health education aimed at children aged 7-12. The game combines fun and engagement with evidence-based practices to promote emotional well-being. Here’s how it supports early mental health education: 🟢Interactive Learning: Children embark on a fun educational journey that teaches them how to manage their emotions through play. 🟢Personalised Experience: The content is tailored to each child’s developmental needs. 🟢Accessible Anytime, Anywhere: Available online and offline, it allows children to learn in various environments. 🟢Support for Parents and Educators: The game offers tools and insights for adults to reinforce lessons learned. By investing in mental health education early, we not only support children now but also equip them for future success. Those who learn to navigate their emotions and seek help when needed are more likely to thrive into adulthood. Let’s prioritise early mental health education to build a healthier future for all children. Triumfland Saga is here to support that journey, providing accessible, engaging resources to foster emotional intelligence and well-being. Together, we can create a world where every child has the opportunity to flourish emotionally and mentally. #mentalhealth #earlyeducation #triumflandsaga #triumfhealth #innovation #accessibility #earlyintervention
