W Baltic Hub wiemy jak dużym potencjałem są nasi pracownicy, dlatego zależy nam, żeby wzmacniać współpracę i dobre relacje w grupach realizujących projekty w terminalu 🏗️ 🌊 Pod koniec listopada odbył się wyjątkowy Team Building zespołów zaangażowanych w projekty aRMG oraz aRTG. Był to czas na świętowanie sukcesów i wzmacnianie ducha współpracy, który jest kluczowy w realizacji naszych ambitnych planów związanych z automatyzacją suwnic w Baltic Hub 😊 🎯 Co świętowaliśmy? Pierwsze dwie automatyczne suwnice aRTG oficjalnie rozpoczęły swoją pracę! To ogromne osiągnięcie dla całego zespołu, będące efektem wspólnego zaangażowania, wiedzy i determinacji. 🤝 Dlaczego Team Building? Przed nami kolejne wyzwania – wdrożenie kolejnych 20 suwnic aRMG w ramach projektu budowy nowego nabrzeża T3, który wymaga od nas pełnej synchronizacji i współpracy na najwyższym poziomie. Spotkanie było doskonałą okazją, by jeszcze bardziej zacieśnić nasze relacje i przygotować się na to, co przed nami. 🌟 To była inspirująca i motywująca chwila, przypominająca nam, że za każdym technologicznym sukcesem stoją ludzie – zaangażowani, pełni pasji i nastawieni na rozwój. Dziękujemy całemu zespołowi za energię i entuzjazm! 👏 Przed nami kolejne kroki w stronę innowacji i automatyzacji. 💪 --- At Baltic Hub, we know how much potential our employees have, so we are keen to strengthen cooperation and good relations in the groups implementing projects at the terminal 🏗️ 🌊 At the end of November, an exceptional Team Building was held for the teams involved in the aRMG and aRTG projects. It was a time to celebrate successes and reinforce the spirit of cooperation that is key to realizing our ambitious plans for crane automation at the Baltic Hub 😊 🎯 What did we celebrate? The first two aRTG automated cranes have officially begun operation! This is a huge achievement for the entire team, the result of shared commitment, knowledge and determination. 🤝 Why Team Building? We have more challenges ahead of us - the deployment of another 20 aRMG cranes as part of the new T3 quay construction project, which requires us to be fully synchronized and cooperate at the highest level. The meeting was a great opportunity to further strengthen our relationship and prepare for what lies ahead. 🌟 It was an inspiring and motivating moment, reminding us that behind every technological success there are people - committed, passionate and development-oriented. Thank you to the entire team for your energy and enthusiasm! 👏 Ahead of us are the next steps towards innovation and automation. 💪
