✨ 🎅 These past few days, in Van Wert (USA), Loches (FR) and Beaucouzé (FR) our teams got together around a good meal to celebrate the office Christmas day. As part of Lesaffre's Charity Day, the French teams in Loches and Beaucouzé used the occasion to organize a festive workshop to prepare and wrap solidarity Christmas gift boxes meant to be distributed to children, women and men in very precarious situations. 🎄🎁 29 Christmas gift boxes have been made and distributed to the collect point of the "Boîtes de Noël solidaires du Maine et Loire" and to another association called "Main dans la main 37". 🙏 Thanks to all involved for your time and generosity. ✨ 𝑂𝑛 𝑏𝑒ℎ𝑎𝑙𝑓 𝑜𝑓 𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑡𝑒𝑎𝑚𝑠 𝑎𝑡 𝐴𝑔𝑟𝑎𝑢𝑥𝑖𝑛𝑒 𝑏𝑦 𝐿𝑒𝑠𝑎𝑓𝑓𝑟𝑒, 𝑤𝑒 𝑤𝑖𝑠ℎ 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑎 ℎ𝑎𝑝𝑝𝑦 ℎ𝑜𝑙𝑖𝑑𝑎𝑦 𝑠𝑒𝑎𝑠𝑜𝑛. 🎄

🚶♂️ 🏃♀️ 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝟰-𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀: 𝟏,𝟖𝟎𝟎€ 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 AFM-Téléthon 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻💛 🖤 ! Between November 30 and December 1, 14 Agrauxine by Lesaffre employees took part in the Défi24h Angers Téléthon (Association AFM Téléthon). The aim: to raise funds to support research into rare diseases and improve the lives of patients and their families by covering as many kilometers as possible in 24 hours. 👍 No less than 180 kilometers were covered in 24 hours, representing a donation of 1,800€ (10€/km) from Agrauxine by Lesaffre to the Téléthon! Whether on-site at St Nicolas Pond in Angers or off-site around their home - and even to Lyon for some 😉 - our collaborators all contributed in their own way, in a spirit of joy and good humor.  👏 Well done to all participants! #telethon2024 #angerstelethon #defi24hangerstelethon

🌱 Today we're celebrating World Soil Day! Discover how at Agrauxine by Lesaffre we care for soils by tackling the issue of soil erosion. Among our biosolutions that are derived from microorganisms, some of them reduce soil erosion by having a positive impact on soil microflora of cultivated land. When applied to soil, they not only stimulate microscopic life but also improve soil structural stability. Soil microbiome diversity and abundance are key to soil structure. Our solutions enrich the soil with microorganisms. These microorganisms produce compounds that stabilize soil aggregates by “gluing” soil particles together. Curious to see how it works? On November 19, Priscilla Poirier and Pierre-Emmanuel Fleurquin, joined by Pierre Grammare, had the pleasure of representing Agrauxine by Lesaffre at Solid Day 2024 in Reims. Organized by the European Center for Biotechnology and Bioeconomy, this inspiring event highlighted advancements in solid-state fermentation. During the third session, focused on innovative industrial applications of this process, Priscilla presented our work utilizing solid-state fermentation to enhance plant health and explored its exciting potential in other areas. Earlier November, Sergio Cerrillo García attended the third edition of “Encuentro Internacional de La Vid y el Vino” in the city of Logroño, the epicenter of Rioja wine denomination. This event, organized by PHYTOMA ESPAÑA, S.L. , gathered over 500 grapevine experts and technicians from Spain and Portugal but also from France, Italy, USA, etc., with the objective to discuss the challenges faced by the winegrowing sector. In collaboration with our partner Rovensa Next España - the current distributor of our biocontrol product Esquive in Spain and Portugal – Sergio did a presentation highlighting the importance of preventive treatments for pruning wounds and showcased why Esquive was the best option available on the market for this usage and how the product could become a great ally in the prevention and control of GTD (grave trunk diseases). #AgrauxinebyLesaffre #builtontrust #Lesaffre #EncuentroPhytomaVidIII
