Na última semana, tivemos a oportunidade de abrir as portas da unidade de negócios Biospringer by Lesaffre para nossos colaboradores, apresentando de forma imersiva as soluções que desenvolvemos e como elas impactam nossos clientes e consumidores. O objetivo? Reforçar o conhecimento sobre as diferentes subsidiárias do Grupo Lesaffre e aproximar ainda mais nossos times das inovações que fazem parte do nosso dia a dia. 2 out of 3 consumers worldwide look for convenient food options at least once a week. That is a major opportunity for food manufacturers. However, consumers’ expectations are getting higher and higher, and even though they are looking for healthier solutions, they are not ready to give up on taste. The only solution is to review food formulation, and choose cleaner ingredients, that will align with the World Health Organizations requirements towards healthiness. Yeast extract is a fermentation-based ingredient, that is considered to be clean label, Halal and Kosher-certified, GMO-free as well as gluten-free. It is more and more used by food professionals to improve the taste of their convenience foods while replacing unhealthy ingredients.
