Backed by 25 years in investor relations and deep on-the-ground experience, I have mastered the full range of Financial Reputation skills, from attracting new investors to shareholders’ vote at AGMs.
I have deployed investor relations best practice as an advisor of major international groups and entrepreneurial companies (Dassault Systèmes / STMicroelectronics / Saft / General Electric Real Estate / Advent / Covivio / CMA-CGM / Bridgepoint / Technicolor / Ducati / Recif / Highwave Optical), and as head of Investor Relations at Ubisoft, one of the world’s leading videogame creators.
I have successfully applied best practice in shareholder engagement and governance to maximize shareholder support at annual general meetings.
I have been confronted with a number of financial, operational and social crisis, as well as shareholder activism.
I have built a long-term relationship with investors, particular international/Anglo-Saxons ones.
A few achievements:
✅ For 30 months I was at the forefront of Ubisoft’s defense against Vivendi’s hostile approach
✅ I advised the General Electric group on its surprise takeover bid for the French real-estate company Sophia
✅ I accompanied the remarkable stock market stories of Dassault Systèmes and STMicroelectronics during 7 years
✅ I built a multi-year highly-successful governance & shareholders engagement program resulting in strong support of Ubisoft shareholders at each of its AGMs
