    TARGETING > MESSAGING What do you put in those outbound emails to ecosystem-qualified leads? My answer is the same as it is for any outbound campaign... I don't care. Outbound is a goldmine when you have pre-existing, appropriately-timed product-market fit with your recipient. The rest of it is a waste. If you get the targeting right and contact the right person at the right time, your opening of a line of communication matters infinitely more than the first message through the line. Non-buyers don't become buyers from messaging, but potential buyers get activated by access and convenience. Outbound outreach opens that convenient path they were interested in anyway, and that's why it works. And who are the most qualified targeted timely potential buyers? Ecosystem-Qualified Leads.
