Flexibilité énergétique : exploiter le potentiel caché des bâtiments tertiaires ! 🏬 L’hiver dernier, nous avons mené une étude dans nos locaux du Bourget-du-Lac pour démontrer comment les bâtiments tertiaires peuvent jouer un rôle clé dans la transition énergétique grâce aux effacements de puissance. 🧩 Notre méthodologie : Nous avons testé 12 effacements de chauffage sur une période de 2 mois, en jouant sur différents paramètres : conditions météo, durée, moment de la journée et notification ou non des salariés. Les données ont été collectées via : - Des capteurs pour mesurer les températures intérieures. - Des relevés de consommation électrique via le portail Enedis. - Des sondages sur le ressenti des collaborateurs. 📊 Les résultats : - Jusqu’à 50 % de la puissance consommée peut être effacée sans impact notable sur le confort. - Les effacements non signalés sont mieux tolérés, avec peu de ressentis négatifs. - La ventilation continue est essentielle pour un air intérieur sain. 📈 Un potentiel à exploiter Pionnier de la flexibilité électrique en France, Energy Pool ⚡met son expertise au service des bâtiments tertiaires pour maximiser leur contribution à l’équilibrage du réseau et à la transition énergétique. Clean energy for EU islands is supporting 30 islands on their path to 100% renewable energy independence by 2030—an ambitious goal where flexibility and demand-side management play a crucial role!
