One of the standout moments was the speech of Claudine Monteil who reminded us the importance of our shared mission. Historian, writer, and advocate for women's right, and women's health. Claudine has been a powerful voice for gender equality and continues to inspire generations through her work and dedication. A huge thank you to everyone who made this event memorable. Shaping the Future: Celebrating National Future Day at Organon   This month at Organon Lucern (Switzerland), we had the opportunity of celebrating National Future Day, a day dedicated to broadening horizons and breaking down gender stereotypes in career choices.   Under the inspiring motto “Switching Perspectives,” 12 enthusiastic participants explored work fields and life paths often considered unconventional for their gender. By stepping into these new roles, they gained invaluable experiences, boosted their confidence, and took a bold step toward shaping their own futures.    📊 Why it matters: In Switzerland, career choices are still heavily influenced by gender, with many training programs dominated by one gender. National Future Day tackles this head-on, encouraging kids to see beyond stereotypes and embrace possibilities that resonate with their talents and passions.    💡 At Organon, we took part in inspiring the next generation: We hosted interactive workshops designed to empower young participants. Our Executive Leadership Team, including CEO Kevin Ali, shared their journeys and insights, leaving the kids inspired and motivated.   This aligns closely with our mission to support women’s health—a topic that underscores the importance of creating a future of equality, opportunity, and empowerment for all.    🌍 The future belongs to these young leaders, and it’s our duty to pave the way for them. ✨ Retour sur le Festival C'est qui la boss ? ✨ La semaine dernière, nous avons eu l'opportunité de participer à la 4e édition du festival 'C’est qui la boss', un événement inspirant célébrant l'inclusion et l'empowerment féminin – un moment marquant pour Organon. Parmi les temps forts : une table ronde animée par Enora Malagré, accompagnée du Dr Laure GEISLER et de Gabrielle Fourchon, Directrice Affaires Publiques & Communication de Organon Mid-Europe (France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Switzerland). Ce panel a eu pour focus la santé des femmes en entreprise au travers de pathologies telles que la migraine, l'endométriose ou de moment de vie comme la grossesse.  Nous sommes fiers d’avoir contribué à cette conversation essentielle et de soutenir les initiatives visant à améliorer le quotidien des femmes. 💪 Un grand merci à tous les participants et organisateurs pour cette expérience enrichissante. Organon Team Shines at the Lucerne Marathon! 🏃♀️   The Lucerne Marathon, a highlight in the Swiss running calendar, saw a record-breaking 13,122 registrations this year, with 11,444 runners hitting the course. This event, held in the beautiful city of Lucerne, attracted about 65,000 enthusiastic spectators, creating an electrifying atmosphere.   Organon’s Participation: We are incredibly proud of our 58 runners, hailing mostly from Switzerland and some from the EUCAN region, who took part in this prestigious event. Our journey to the marathon was filled with dedication and team spirit! 🤝   This event showcased our strong team and our passion to everything we do, mirroring our daily commitment to women’s health.   Congratulations to all our runners for their incredible achievements and for embodying the spirit of teamwork and perseverance. With causes ranging from hormonal changes to sleep deprivation and societal pressures, it's time we treat this condition with the seriousness it deserves. 💡 The more we understand, the better care we can provide. La santé mentale en post-partum : un enjeu de santé publique Nous vous partageons cette tribune, signée par un collectif de femmes et d’hommes engagés pour un sujet primordial : faire de la santé mentale périnatale l’un des axes forts des politiques de santé publique. Alors que de nombreuses ressources sont investies dans la prévention des complications physiques liées à la grossesse, la santé mentale des jeunes mères demeure un aspect crucial qui est encore insuffisamment abordé. 📢 Que faire ? Le collectif propose plusieurs actions concrètes : sensibiliser le grand public, déstigmatiser les troubles psychiques et former les professionnels de santé et du monde du travail. Il est impératif d’agir dès maintenant pour renforcer l’accès aux soins et améliorer le repérage des troubles, afin d’assurer un meilleur soutien aux mères et à leurs enfants. Les 30èmes journées de la #FFER viennent de s’achever. En tant qu'acteur majeur de la santé des femmes, nos équipes étaient présentes pour échanger autour des dernières avancées en #fertilité et reproduction. Cette édition, qui s’est tenue du 25 au 27 septembre, a été marquée par des échanges enrichissants avec des experts du domaine, tous unis par un engagement commun : améliorer la santé des femmes à travers l'innovation et la collaboration. Pour renforcer cet engagement, Organon Mid-Europe (France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Switzerland) a eu l'honneur d’annoncer les lauréats de la Bourse de Recherche Organon-FFER, un soutien aux chercheurs déterminés à trouver des solutions concrètes aux défis actuels en matière de fertilité.
