This Global Volunteering Day, we’re acknowledging our teams who have come together around the world to make a difference in the communities where we live and work. 🌍 From Montreal to Georgia, Chicago, and beyond, Tarkett employees have rolled up their sleeves and given back in meaningful ways! Montreal Office: Our team participated in a clean-up at Marcel Laurin Parc during our Sustainability Week, helping keep green spaces clean and vibrant. 🍃 FieldTurf Calhoun Office: Volunteers supported Miracle Field in Whitfield County, Georgia—a barrier-free baseball field providing a safe, accessible space for individuals with physical or mental challenges to enjoy the game. ⚾️ Tarkett Cares: In Illinois, we renovated the Niles Township Respite Center in Skokie, transforming it into a welcoming space for individuals facing housing and food insecurities. 🏠 Lycée professionnel Lucien Voilin, France: Collaborating with C'Possible Association, we hosted a dynamic workshop with high school students, sharing career insights and hands-on recruitment tips. It was inspiring to help prepare the next generation for the professional world. 🎓 Tarkett UK Office: Our UK team volunteered for the Tesco Winter Food Collection, supporting FareShare to combat food insecurity. It was heartwarming to see the generosity of people who filled two trolleys with food donations! Over the past 7 years, through our Tarkett Cares program, employees worldwide have contributed their time, talents, and resources to over 900 community initiatives. Thank you to our incredible volunteers for your unwavering dedication to making the world a better place—one project at a time! 💙

Safety is a commitment. Our goal: zero accidents. During the 2024 Safety Days, we united 12,000 employees across 45 countries - spanning plants, warehouses, offices and sales networks – to reinforce this mission. Together, we are paving the path to a safer future for everyone. 🌍 With a wide range of activities and workshops around the world, we reinforced this core value: an absolute commitment to safety. 🇵🇱 In Orzechowo plant in Poland, our team demonstrated that safety can be engaging and interactive. From creative games to hands-on firefighting exercises, we are reminded of the dynamic nature of maintaining a safe workplace. 🇺🇸 Our teams in Florence, USA, brought a unique blend of seriousness and fun to the forefront, with practical workshops on safe cutting tools handling and emergency preparedness, combined with community-oriented activities like blood donation drives. Safety and caring for each other walked hand in hand. 🇧🇷 Down in Jacarei, Brazil, the harmony of safety and wellness was sung loud and clear. Theatrical rock'n'roll performances on mental and physical health underscored an event dedicated to living our value of safety with passion. 🇨🇳 🇸🇪 Beijing, China and Ronneby, Sweden showcased the global language of safety through emergency drills and workshops, proving that our commitment transcends borders. Let’s take a moment to celebrate this global effort and continue to prioritize the well-being of every individual in our organization. #SafetyFirst #WorkplaceWellness
