🏆 TRONICO named best improver 2024 by SPACE Aero! 🏆 On the sidelines of the Aeromart Toulouse show, TRONICO had the pleasure of receiving the "Best Improver 2024" award from Christophe Soufflet VP Supplier Performance at Safran and Secretary General of SPACE Aero for its proactive programme management. ❓ What is proactive program management? ❓ Against a backdrop of supply chain tensions in recent months, TRONICO was finding it difficult to obtain real-time visibility of production and order status. To overcome these difficulties, TRONICO deployed several supply chain management tools organized around 3 major objectives: - optimisation of resources, - proactivity, - transparency with customers. The results for 2024 are encouraging, with an improvement in the average OTD and a reduction in back orders. Sodern grants "2024 Supplier award" to TRONICO As part of Industry Week, Sodern organized an awards ceremony, the “2024 Supplier Awards,” to honor its suppliers. TRONICO was awarded the Subcontracting Prize. This recognition highlights the quality of our collaboration with a key partner in the space sector.
