✨ A Turning Point for our R&D ✨ This year couldn’t have started better, and we are thrilled to announce a major milestone in our collaboration with INRAE (Institut National de Recherche pour l'Agriculture, l'Alimentation et l'Environnement). As part of this partnership, The Very Food Co. has established a dedicated laboratory within INRAE's Nantes (INRAE BIA) site — a pioneering spin-in initiative aimed at accelerating innovation. This marks the crystallization of a fruitful collaboration that began with a Master's project in 2022, followed by a post-doctoral program in 2023. This is a pivotal moment for our company, enabling us to harness the power of soft matter science which is at the core of our technology. With access to INRAE's cutting-edge equipment and facilities, we are now poised to develop our technology, and push the boundaries of sustainable, functional, and accessible food ingredients. We are deeply grateful for the trust and support of INRAE and look forward to continuing this journey of innovation and impact.
