Pink October 🎗️ On November 4th, Destination hosted a conference for all Ecotone headquarters employees in collaboration with the Association Ruban Rose. This conference focused on introducing the association and raising awareness on breast cancer prevention 🎤 In addition to this event, Destination will be donating €11,217 to Association Ruban Rose thanks to its special operation in October. We’re proud to support this important cause and contribute to breast cancer awareness and research. In our B Corp journey, we've unlocked various 'IBMs.' What are IBMs, what do they mean, and why are we proud of them?! Let’s focus today on the IBM “Mission Lock”. First of all, what is an IBM? A B Corp IBM is a purposeful design approach within the B Corp Framework, surpassing traditional CSR. There are 23 Impact Business Models (IBMs) addressing five key impact areas: Governance, Workers, Community, Environment and Customers. Unlocking an IBM is no small feat, and in 2020, we were thrilled to achieve the Mission Lock IBM! 🎉🔒 This IBM is awarded to companies that prioritize their mission and incorporate stakeholder considerations directly into their corporate structure or governing documents. Parce que chaque année, 1 français sur 5 est touché par des troubles psychiques, la santé mentale est une priorité. Chez Ecotone nous avons à cœur de bâtir des programmes concrets qui visent à préserver la santé de nos collaborateurs et nous poursuivons nos actions sur cette fin d'année et sur 2025.
