Key Responsibilities:

Project Financing and Loan Management :

• Responsible for post-project financing management
• Ensure regular reporting with financial institutions.
• Ensure regular drawdowns, repayments, and interest payments.
• Coordination with internal counterparties for information update/management of deadline
• Communicate with legal and lawyers for amendment/waiver process

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience in the banking sector as a corporate project finance manager.
• Preferred experience in project/bank finance with knowledge of financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; knowledge of French is an asset.
• Degree from a business school or major university. (coverage or middle office for loan management/syndication).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
