Minecraft is a game that really got me through a difficult year and was the reason I met some amazing people who I would now consider my dearest friends. The soundtrack is addictive, and I felt inspired to create my own lyrics and instrumentation based on some of my favourite C418 compositions. The friends I made through Minecraft all helped out with what turned out to be more of a short film than a music video, and I am so proud of what we put together!! The whole project wouldn’t exist without a deeply distressing time in my life. I survived another lap around the sun thanks to these songs, the video, my friends, and one very special game.
