About Dariacore
Dariacore (also known as hyperflip) is a subgenre of hyperpop and EDM. Its name is inspired by the Daria TV series.
Originating in 2021, Dariacore harps strongly on plunderphonics with the overt use of sped-up and pitch-shifted pop samples while combining elements of Hardcore EDM, Jersey Club and mashup. It features noisy bass similar to future bass, dense production, and overstimulating beats with complicated and strong sound effects. Dariacore songs are often kept short (1-2 minutes).
