The project is just one example of where Perenti’s operations in Africa are contributing to the economic and social welfare of the communities in which we operate.   We also extend our congratulations to So They Can, a non-for-profit organisation supporting girls in challenging environments in across Africa. AMS and Ausdrill have joined forces to upgrade an Epiroc D65 at the Canning Vale Workshop, to enhance grade control drilling operations at AMS’ Motheo mine in Botswana. Kebaneetswe Nnyenyiwa, AMS Drill Maintenance Specialist, has spent some time in Perth working with the Ausdrill Maintenance team on this upgrade. In addition to the replacement of major components and minor refurbishment, the D65 has been fitted with a Metzke Grade Control Sampling system to add further capability to our team in Motheo and to further support our client, Sandfire Resources. With accurate high-quality sampling, increased efficiency and accuracy, this drill will further compliment the fleet at Motheo. Keba has had many key takeaways from his time at Ausdrill, and is excited to see the benefits that the upgraded Epiroc D65 will bring to the Motheo Operation in Botswana. #SmarterTogether #Collaboration #GlobalOpportunities 

A warm welcome to our new Maintenance Manager at Motheo, Tlamelo Rapata, who has hit the ground running. Tlamelo (pictured centre) recently visited operations in Senegal and Ghana to meet the AMS teams. The African Mining Services team at Mako operations are excited to be replacing one of the existing Integrated Tool Carriers, after purchasing a low hour CAT 962M Integrated Tool Carriers from the BTP Group Perth hire Fleet. When sourcing a replacement began, the AMS team reached out to BTP to see if they had any suitable options available. BTP were able to assist, preparing the 962M for its journey from Perth to Senegal, departing December.   An exemplary instance of working Smarter Together across the Perenti Group whilst continuing to deliver certainty for our clients. #AMS #BTP #Perenti #SmarterTogether #Fleet #CAT
