The week-long digital marketing training for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) organized by Inclusive Tech Group at AngloGold Ashanti Iduapriem Inclusive Tech Laboratory (ANGITECHLAB) has ended. ANGITECHLAB is a state-of-the-art facility located at UMaT designed to empower persons with disabilities through technology. The training was highly informative and empowering. It provided persons with disabilities with the necessary skills to expand the reach of their businesses. The training covered various topics, including social media marketing, search engine optimization, email marketing, flyer design, and content creation. Participants gained hands-on experience through practical exercises and case studies, ensuring a thorough understanding of each concept taught. As a result, they now have a deeper insight into how to leverage digital tools and platforms to effectively enhance their businesses and personal brands. The training equipped participants with valuable knowledge and also instilled confidence in them to pursue successful careers in the digital marketing industry. DAY 2 Day 2 of the Digital Marketing Training hosted by Inclusive Tech Group was filled with enthusiasm and excitement. Our trainees, all persons with disabilities, eagerly shared their experiences in digital marketing by putting into practice the lessons they learned on the previous day.  They are making significant progress in enhancing their knowledge and skills in digital marketing and are looking forward to the promising opportunities that lie ahead. It was truly inspiring to see the creativity and innovation that came from individuals with disabilities themselves, who understand firsthand the challenges they face and how technology can help overcome them. The sense of empowerment and pride among all participants was palpable, as they showcased their talents and contributions to a more inclusive society. The judges were impressed not only by the technical prowess displayed in the assistive technologies created but also by the passion and determination shown by each participant. As the competition ended, there was a sense of accomplishment and camaraderie among all involved. The Persons with disabilities felt valued, respected, and most importantly, included in a way that is often lacking in mainstream society.
