Championing Diversity at Sea   We are excited to share this inspiring video created for our valued customer Dorian LPG. The video features real voices from Maria Skarveli, Crew Manager at Dorian LPG, as well as female seafarers Nadezda Poliscuka, 2nd Engineer, Klydel Heinz Lagasca, 3rd Officer, and Aylin Topcu, 3rd Officer. They participated in the Diversity@Sea pilot, showcasing Dorian LPG's success in the #AllAboardAlliance project.   As one of the top 20 companies in the industry involved in the All Aboard Alliance Diversity@Sea workstream, Dorian LPG has played a key role in testing and implementing new measures to improve working conditions for women seafarers on board vessels. TURTLE is also a proud member of the AllAboardAlliance.   We are especially proud that the female seafarer Aylin Topcu, featured in this video, was placed by TURTLE. We put great emphasis on female empowerment and regularly run campaigns to promote the visibility and inclusion of women in maritime careers.   Dorian LPG recognizes that in today's competitive environment, it is important to present themselves as a forward-thinking employer.
