Leaders unite to adopt MiMEP innovation: a breakthrough in sustainable construction “MiMEP enhances worker safety, minimises carbon emissions, and increases project efficiency” “Setting a new benchmark for applying green building technologies” Sustainable development requires collaborative effort. The adoption of Multi-trade Integrated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MiMEP) in Lee Garden Eight — a joint venture by Chinachem Group and Hysan Development Company Limited — underscores our commitment to advancing green construction in Hong Kong. Thank you to everyone who joined the “A Sustainable Future – Pioneering MiMEP Innovation” Summit, co-hosted with Hysan Development, to explore new possibilities. “MiMEP demonstrates immense potential to transform construction practices, making a significant contribution to the future development of Hong Kong’s construction sector,” said Bernadette Linn, Secretary for Development.
