We are thrilled to announce that The Langham Huntington, Pasadena, Los Angeles will embark on a major transformation project, beginning in February 2025. The sweeping renovations of this legendary property, which dates back to 1907, will not only enrich the hotel’s historic grandeur with an artful infusion of contemporary sophistication, but will also elevate the guest experience to bold new heights. Meet Malthi Nair, the heart and soul behind The Day Spa by Chuan at The Langham, Sydney. Joining as a Spa Therapist, Malthi’s dedication in delivering serene spa experiences led her to move up the ranks to eventually become the Director of Spa. Along her journey, Malthi received invaluable guidance and mentorship from senior leaders. Shane Jolly, General Manager at The Langham, Sydney, supported her to navigate new challenges, helping her be the leader she is today. The support did not just strengthen Malthi’s career, it also inspired her to pass on the same encouragement to her own team. While balancing motherhood and a rising career, Malthi fostered a supportive culture for her team. Malthi has helped three team members step into leadership roles.
