Check on Completion of New Project in Shenzhen Today we came to Shenzhen for checking on the completion of new project. One Plus Partnership designed the project's mall common area, clubhouse, movie theater and restrooms. The photographer also carried out the shooting of the space design. The whole project took more than 4 years to build. Online Judging Session of The TINTA Award Virginia and Ajax, together with professionals from a wide range of design disciplines including architecture, real estate, business, academia and media, conducted the online judging session of the TINTA Award. Arranged according to the categories of entries, the joint jury was divided into three days, and Virginia and Ajax had mainly evaluated the commercial and real estate spaces for one day. The organizers divided the jury members into groups and asked specific questions and scores for each entry. We saw some very thoughtful entries. A Tour of One Plus’s Design Works We were back in Shanghai and Wuhan, and this time we visited a number of our design projects located in Wuhan, including: Wushang Dream Mall International Cinema Chow Tai Fook Wuhan Hanjie Street Shop Chow Tai Fook Wuhan K11 Experience Shop Chow Tai Fook ENZO Shop We did the Chow Tai Fook Jewelria PARKVIEW GREEN SHOP in Beijing, and we were happy to see that the design of the space was extended to the store in Wuhan. Whether it’s the ‘city’ of Wushang Dream Mall International Cinema, the ‘one city, one story’ series of Chow Tai Fook experience shops or the specially designed ‘five senses’ sculptures, we still had a lot of feelings when we walked into these projects in person. Since 2004 when we first participated in the Asia Pacific Interior Design Awards (APIDA) in Hong Kong under the name of One Plus Partnership, we have won a total of 36 awards in the past 20 years, including 10 Gold, 5 Silver and 5 Bronze awards. In the Leisure & Entertainment category, there were 21 awards, including 8 Gold, 5 Silver and 4 Bronze. And two years after the establishment of our firm, that is, in 2006, we won the first gold award, the winning work is the Shenzhen Mellon Town Club House and Sales Office. Thanks to the competition organizers for the recognition!
