The Department of Food Science and Nutrition (FSN), based on the key pillars in Food Safety, Food Technology, Human Nutrition, and Chinese Medicine, meeting the requirements of the growing public awareness of food sustainability and safety. With the vision of becoming a world-leading department advancing the Food Science and Nutrition industry, FSN is committed to creating societal impacts, training professional talents, leading innovative research, and facilitating knowledge transfer for better public health and well-being of mankind.
