𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐍𝐒 & 𝐇𝐊𝐍𝐀 In alignment with FSN's strategic development, we have successfully launched a range of applied food science and nutrition programs over the past two years, reinforcing our dedication to excellence in this specialized field. Our partnerships with the Hong Kong Nutrition Association (HKNA) and the Chinese Nutrition Society (CNS) have been instrumental in building strategic alliances that drive our mission forward. On 13 December, a dinner was hosted with HKNA and CNS, coinciding with the HKNA’s Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM), which featured prestigious members from the CNS and legislative leaders from the Chinese government as keynote speakers. This appointment is effective for the period from 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2029. The Endowed Professorship Scheme, first established in 2012, serves as a tribute to distinguished scholars for their outstanding academic and research achievements. Prof. Lee's research interests encompass a diverse array of vital areas, such as brain disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, oncology, drug discovery (natural products as well as Chinese medicine), environmental health and toxicology.
