Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting one of our major customers, Infinity RFID Inc., at STAR RFID CO. LTD in Thailand! It was a fantastic experience, and we had a wonderful time showcasing our state-of-the-art manufacturing process. Seeing the seamless integration of technology and efficiency in action was truly inspiring. We're incredibly proud of the excellence and innovation driving our manufacturing capabilities!

Employee Spotlight: Alicia Re – LATAM Sales Manager Meet Alicia Re, our dedicated LATAM Sales Manager, who has recently celebrated her 4th year working at STAR Systems International! Alicia has been at the forefront of driving sales and customer relationships across Latin America for over 25 years as a veteran in the RFID industry. She plays a pivotal role in connecting our resellers and customers, ensuring that all aspects of the sales process (from pre-sales to post-sales support) are handled seamlessly. Her day-to-day responsibilities are diverse and dynamic. Whether it’s helping to troubleshoot a technical issue, managing a new lead, or ensuring smooth communication between teams, Alicia handles it all. "I enjoy the challenges and it’s never monotonous," she says. Every day brings something new, and that’s what she loves about her job. For Alicia, she credits her success to her resourcefulness and dedication to her customers. She never hesitates to reach out to the right people to ensure customers get the support they need. “I always go the extra mile for my customers, and they appreciate the effort,” Alicia explains. Her advice for those starting out in the field? “Be yourself and embrace challenges. Doing things that bring you out of your comfort zone will make you stronger,” she encourages. Alicia’s commitment to providing exceptional service has earned her the trust and appreciation of her customers, making her an invaluable asset to the team. We’re lucky to have Alicia’s vast experience and unwavering dedication to helping us build strong relationships across Latin America. STAR Systems International announced today that the Titan Pro, a next-generation high-performance reader, has been officially approved for deployment in tolling systems across Brazil. Along with receiving the ANATEL and ARTEFATO certifications required by regulators, numerous pilot projects with the Titan Pro have been installed throughout Brazil. The Titan Pro is specifically designed for high-speed tolling and Multi-Lane Free Flow operations. From features such as dynamic radio sensitivity to support for embedded software applications, the Titan Pro is built to ensure efficient and reliable transactions in tolling systems.
