Recent collaboration with the Erasmus+ program has been an enriching experience at Jadran hoteli Rijeka. We were delighted to welcome students who eagerly engaged in various aspects of hotel operations. Their fresh perspectives and enthusiasm have greatly enhanced our environment. Reflecting on his journey with us at Hotel Neboder, Jakub shared his thoughts: How would you describe the working culture at our hotel to future interns or employees? "I’d describe it as laid-back, but in the best way. Everyone does what they need to without anyone shouting orders. In fact, everyone was consistently friendly and supportive of one another." If you could highlight one thing you will take away from this experience, what would it be? "Definitely the memories - especially the basics I learned about reception operations and communicating with guests." If you had to sum up your entire internship experience at our hotels in one sentence, how would you describe it? "It was a valuable experience, one I’d recommend to others who might be unsure about it—it was truly worth it."
