Igor brings with him a wealth of experience from leading five-star hotels and resorts with Marriott, Accor, Starwood, and InterContinental. His career has spanned diverse markets including Montenegro, Albania, North Macedonia, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. Igor’s journey in the hospitality industry is a remarkable story of dedication and growth—having started his career as a bellman, he has risen through the ranks to become a respected leader. Along the way, he has held distinguished positions, from Cluster Director of Operations at Accor in Qatar to General Manager of the Swissotel Resort in Kolasin, Montenegro.
