The police plays a crucial role not only in protecting children, but also in safeguarding their well-being. Thanks to support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, 100 Community Education Police officers have been trained to provide psychosocial support in Haitian schools. This initiative, carried out by the PRODEV Foundation in partnership with UNICEF and MENFP, aims to strengthen school safety and the resilience of communities affected by armed violence, thus providing an environment conducive to children's development.
