When assembling our components, it is very important to use the correct tightening torque. To ensure that each bolt is securely torqued, we mark the bolts that have already been set. To do this, we use LOCTITE SF 7400 marking ink, which sticks to the surface of the part and provides a clear visual indication. Thank you very much for your support Loctite !

With the LOCTITE 262 threadlocking adhesive, all our bolts will do their job while our car is running. It has excellent resistance to vibration, so it can be used in the most sensitive components. We prefer to use it for the bolted joints of our suspension components. Thank you Loctite for your support!

One of the most successful LOCTITE products for our team is HY 4090 two-component epoxy adhesive. We prefer to use it in areas of the car where high vibrations occur, as it has excellent resistance to both vibration and impact. And thanks to its fast curing time, it is easy to glue several parts in succession. Thank you Loctite for your support and contribution to our race car this year!

A professionally executed bonding process is not only based on the selection and application of the right adhesive. Preparation processes play just as important a role as the bonding, so surface cleaning is essential. That's why we use LOCTITE SF 7063 component cleaner, which allows you to use the full bonding potential of adhesives on the cleaned surface. It is also excellent for degreasing other parts. SPORTMANSHIP AT FSAA Formula Student Alpe Adria 2024 just finished and the emotions still need to settle down. What impressed me this year was the sportmanship, the real spirit of Alpe Adria. ISTANBUL and MODENA After the guys of MoRe Modena Racing Hybrid helped them refilling their air pressure tank, YTU Racing went down to the track and set the best time of 3.867s in acceleration. Few minutes later, the italian team went to the track for the second attemp but they failed to beat the Turks by 0,003s. When the italian driver left the track, the whole YTU racing was by chance at track exit and greeted the italians with a huge spontaneous applaus. ARRABONA After 10 years of successes all around Europe, the Arrabona Racing Team representing by the Széchenyi István University Győr and powered by SZEngine Engine Development Team decided to switch to electric. The "last dance" with roaring 1-Cylinder has always a special feeling. After setting an amazing 3rd place in AutoX, the car was running a great Endurance time, but it was stopped at the last lap by technical problem. The driver tried everything possible and above to finish the endurance. It was not possible, but still he decided to greet the car and 10 years of passion, kneeling in front of her and kissing her lovely. This remembered me some scenes of VR46 TU DRESDEN and TUG But the most incredible example of Sportmanship come from Elbflorace Formula Student Team TU Dresden e.V.. The east germans had a major suspension failure in AutoX. They spend literally the whole night (with the kind support of Bugatti Rimac) and the following day reparing the car and they were incredible able to run and finish the endurance race. At the post-race inspection, the marshall were inspecting an issue of the eventually winning TU Graz Racing Team car. The German team clearly know that a disqualification of Graz would give the the overall win but still, they, did not hesitate one single second to advice the Austrians the correct paragraph of the rules to use to correctly interpet the case, in favour of them. After so much hard work, fighting and emotions, I find this piece of Sportmanship amazing and this shows the real spirit of Formula Student and Alpe Adria!

LOCTITE EA 9466 two-component epoxy adhesive is an indispensable accessory for bonding parts. 🇦🇹FS Austria 2024 Results🇦🇹 We finished the 2024 FS Austria with an outstanding result, as we took 3rd place overall. Thanks to all the hard work throughout the year, we finished 3rd in the Autocross event, and in addition, in the Endurance event, the ART_11 covered the 22 km race distance without any faults, with an outstanding fuel consumption, so we took 2nd place in Efficiency. We also did well in the static events, qualifying for the Engineering Design final and finishing 4th. We could not have done it without our sponsors and the Széchenyi István Egyetem. We thank them for their support! Next up is the FS East competition at ZalaZone.

It has been just over a month since we have introduced our latest race car, the ART_11. This year's Rollout was held in the Science Park building of Széchenyi István University. Thanks to the great interest, we filled the hall hosting the event, which was also visited by many of our sponsors, university lecturers, family members, friends and alumni team members.
