𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 🔍 This scenario is probably familiar to many of us: Your desk is full and your creativity suffers from the daily tasks you have to perform. This is why our Drees & Sommer Innovation Center and IT experts stepped in to develop an AI solution: Dreso.AI. This is our internal, cutting-edge platform that integrates several AI agents and assistants to perform standard and research tasks at an incredible speed. 🎉 The AI agent supports our employees: 📈Reads data automatically ✅Edits texts 💻Automates routine tasks As a result, our experts can manage projects more efficiently, so they have more time for creative and strategic tasks. During the test phase, most users found they were more than 10 percent more efficient. 💪 This quality and these results also benefit our customers. Our goal is to run the first complete processes entirely through Dreso.AI by 2025. ✨What makes Dreso.AI special is that employees from all areas contribute their knowledge of Drees & Sommer, standard processes and specific expertise. We are currently expanding the test group at regular intervals. From November, 600 employees will be testing Dreso.AI in their day-to-day work and will be working on optimizing the AI platform in office hours through discussions and training sessions. #AI #dreso

𝐙𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐬 & 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞 This week, Drees & Sommer Hungary, represented by János Zoltán Kocsis, Senior Project Manager, participated in the 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 2024, organized by Hungary Green Building Council (HuGBC). Over 200 participants from the business and public sectors across Hungary and Europe engaged in inspiring presentations and discussions on achieving zero carbon in the construction sector. 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬: 🟢 Embracing a zero carbon strategy through sector coupling is not just a commitment to our planet; it’s a strategic investment in long-term profitability and resilience. 💡 Innovation and 🌱 sustainability are the cornerstones of future-proof businesses across all sectors - industry, buildings, energy, and transport. 🟢 The 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭® by Drees & Sommer, developed by EPEA GmbH – Part of Drees & Sommer, is an innovative tool that promotes sustainability in construction. It highlights the value of materials for circular use, detailing their potential for separation, deconstruction, and reuse during conversion or demolition. The passport also includes carbon footprints, accounting for the “grey energy” involved in the production, transport, deconstruction, and disposal of building materials. ♻️ 🟢 The new concept of 𝐔𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 is revolutionizing the approach to waste and resources. This innovative strategy by Drees & Sommer involves extracting valuable materials from existing buildings and infrastructure, effectively turning cities into repositories of reusable resources. 🏙️ We proudly showcased the 𝐙𝐈𝐍 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 in Brussels, one of the largest Urban Mining initiatives in Europe, spanning over 110,000 m². A key ambition of this project was to integrate Cradle to Cradle thinking by maximizing the inventory and reuse of materials, alongside achieving Cradle to Cradle Certified® status for numerous building materials. Over 1,000 tons of materials - including raised floors, partitions, insulation, and roof tiles - have been reused, with an additional 140 tons upcycled. Drees & Sommer presentation during the event was also supported by Tereza Prochazkova and Agnes Gyorgy. Thank you, Hungary Green Building Council (HuGBC), for organizing such a high-level conference! 🙌

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞? 🔧🚗 We have the opportunity to be part of an exciting transformation project in the automotive industry and support the reorganization of the BMW Group's main plant in Munich. Since 2022, we have been implementing this impressive project in a partnering model with the general contractor PORR Group. This is real teamwork in action! 💪 🔍 What’s happening exactly? Production Hall 140, which has been part of BMW's history since the 1960s, is making way for brand-new assembly halls covering an area of nearly 25 football fields. Starting in 2026, BMW will produce fully electric vehicles of the “New Class” here. Of course, there are also challenges. While old buildings are being demolished and new ones erected, production continues. With modern technology and lean management, we manage to complete the shell of an entire axle grid in just a few days – almost like on an assembly line! 🚀 We are looking forward to the next milestone and are excited to be part of this pioneering project. © BMW AG
