Through our collaboration with Liberty Society Foundation, we have: ✅ Guided the execution of an employment skills enhancement initiative, empowering 30 refugees in Serpong, South Tangerang with vocational skills and sustainable job opportunities. ✅ Provided legal counsel on establishing a foundation from the Liberty Society business entity, ensuring structured funding for job training programs that will support hundreds of female refugees in the future. When legal frameworks align with impact-driven initiatives, they unlock sustainable change. Our role is to break legal barriers, foster economic inclusion, and ensure that organizations like Liberty Society can continue creating meaningful opportunities for those who need them most. Access to education should never be determined by nationality. Yet, many refugee children in Indonesia still face barriers to enrolling in local schools—despite government initiatives aimed at expanding access. Families often struggle to afford necessities like uniforms and books, making formal education an unattainable dream. We believe in using legal expertise to drive meaningful change. That’s why we’ve supported Same Skies International, providing counsel to establish its Indonesian branch, marking its fourth presence after Switzerland, Australia, and Malaysia. We also advise on the administration of two refugee schools in Cisarua, supporting 550 students in their pursuit of education—a critical step towards shaping their futures. By breaking legal barriers, we aim to create lasting impact and advocate for equal opportunities in education. Because a just and fair society begins with access for all.
