We are incredibly proud of Dea Rumapea, Cluster Hygiene & Food Safety Manager, named as Top 3 Finalist in the Hygiene & Food Safety category at the Stelliers Asia 2024. Dea implemented rigorous food safety protocols across seven Hyatt hotels in Bali. The fruits of this labor are ISO 22000 and HACCP certifications, cementing a culture of responsibility among team members. Thanks to her inventive approach, a monthly audit ritual was developed, generating friendly competition that drastically boosted our food safety ratings and, in turn, delighted our guests.
