We at Glee Factor finished another Culturecamp with an extremely engaged leadership team at PhysioExtra. What you see is the result of 10 weeks of work, studying the concept of psychological safety and experimenting with behaviors, norms and rituals that promote safety to boost team collaboration and performance. I'm really proud of our methodology, which brings structure to teams while allowing them to co-create their own way of working together. The next step is integrating the co-developed practices. One observation I keep having is that as a solution provider, we can't foster change for my clients. We're enablers but they're the ones who need to be engaged and committed to do the work. This amazing team signed the engagement agreement and delivered beyond imagination. Bravo! #culturedesign #psychologicalsafety

Creating a positive team culture is paramount to leadership.

The number one way to build a strong reputation as a leadership team: Welcome guests to your leadership team meetings and make sure they have a wonderful experience. Why? Because those guests are going to leave the meeting and people are going to ask: How did it go? What were they like? Did you feel good? Did you feel welcome? Create an outstanding guest experience by greeting and welcoming them like you would a guest at your home. Ask everyone in the room to go around and share their name. And, at the end of the presentation, make sure your guest hears a lot of thank yous, appreciation, and specific feedback.

What a privilege to create a tailormade teambuilding workshop for FVE on Values! 🌟 It resulted in the successful creation of their own Team Charter. 🌟💪 The process led them from the identification of their personal core values, to their shared values and finally to agreeing on their top 6 team values. They topped it off by describing how those values are expressed within the team and organisation. 🌟 It was great to witness how these values and their expressions resonated with the team members and created a sense of ownership and pride.
