Kadek conquered the world stage with passion and mental readiness after focused training under the mentorship of our world-class chefs. Additionally, Kadek emphasises our commitment to sustainability, as he was awarded a special prize for his field in waste and water management, control of energy consumption, and mastery of technical gestures along competition.
