The Barden team came together in Cork yesterday for our Q1 Kick-Off! Along with presenting our cheque for the funds raised through our swims for Barretstown, the highlight of the day was hearing from the incredible Cora Staunton, who shared invaluable wisdom gained from her career & years of playing GAA at the highest level. Cora spoke about: ✅ The power of direct and clear feedback as a tool for growth. ✅ Building resilience to overcome challenges. ✅ Small percentage improvements that drive significant results over time. ✅ The importance of consistency and pushing yourself to achieve your best. How does your hybrid working policy compare? Our National Talent Monitor reveals that 66.5% of roles now follow a 2–3 day hybrid model, making it the clear standard for most organisations. Companies mandating full-time office attendance risk significant challenges, as this does not reflect what talent seeks or needs. The Barden Dublin team had a wonderful afternoon last Friday at the Chartered Accountants Leinster Society Annual Christmas Lunch in the Dublin Royal Convention Centre🎄 With Jarlath Regan as host and fundraising for Debra - The Butterfly Skin Charity, the event raised an incredible €26,580 for such a worthy cause.
