  • Our latest Be A Star winners and their nominators were treated to something very special to kick off 2025 in style 😉🏉 The iconic Aviva Stadium provided the perfect backdrop to celebrate some of the business's most inspirational employees. Guest were greeted with a warm welcome at the drinks reception before embarking on an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour. Next up, a media-style scrum with Irish rugby legends Bernard Jackman and Mike Ross, who shared some memorable stories from their time on the pitch. A celebration of teamwork deserves a meal to match: three courses of sustainable, seasonal goodness in the iconic IRFU Suite 🙌 Ok, we've run out of rugby puns. Huge congratulations to our Q3 and Q4 winners! ⭐💙 #BeAStar #Recognition #TeamCompass

  • 👉 Good food brings people together 👈 Our Power of Socialisation report💡 found that when people regularly socialise at work, whether over lunch, a coffee break, or a pop-up event - they’re more likely to feel part of a team, understand their company’s goals, and stay engaged. While big initiatives matter, sometimes it’s the smaller, everyday experiences (like grabbing a team lunch) that make the biggest difference. That was clear when Holly White joined us to host another sold out 🌱 vegan “lunch and learn” pop-up at one of our client sites. Customers were treated to live cooking demonstrations of some of Holly ‘s favourite ❤️ plant-based dishes, which included her decadent raw cocoa nib brownies. Events like these go beyond food by creating moments for people to step away from their desks, socialise, learn and try something new. But why does that matter? Over 31,000 professional opinions were captured within the POS report, and the numbers don’t lie: 🤲 77% of employees who socialise at work feel a stronger sense of belonging 📈 75% of employees who share meals with colleagues better understand their company’s goals 🙌 Workplaces with a strong social culture have more engaged, loyal, and productive teams So, here’s to more experiential dining experiences that help bring people together! #workplaceculture #workperks

  • 💙 We know it's almost the end of January, but it's never too late to start thinking about those resolutions... Here are some of ours for 2025 (and beyond!) ... ✅ Climate Net Zero by 2030. It's a big goal, but one we’re determined to meet 🥗 40% plant-based recipes by 2030, bringing more veggie variety and lower-carbon options to the table 🚯 Cut food waste by 50% by 2030, because food loss and waste account for 10% of annual global greenhouse gas emissions 🌾 Support sustainable sourcing through strategic supplier partnerships 🙌 Increasing stakeholder engagement by educating and inspiring customers, suppliers, and employees 📊 Carbon labelling our menus, giving customers the tools to make more informed decisions. These goals are about progress, not perfection, taking small, deliberate steps that ultimatley add up to something bigger. What sustainability changes would you like to see in the world of food? Let’s share ideas and keep the conversation going 🌍 #NetZero

  • Do not adjust your devices, this brightly coloured beverage is fast becoming a customer favourite 😊 💚 It’s matcha (coming at ‘cha) As we welcome the new year, it’s the perfect time to explore something fresh, and matcha might just be what you’re looking for. This finely ground green tea powder has been enjoyed in Japan for centuries and has fast become a staple in coffee houses across the globe. It’s our featured drink of the month, and not that you need a reason, but aside from its unique flavour, matcha is: ✅ Rich in antioxidants to support overall wellbeing ✅ Smooth and velvety ✅ Green. (We’re not sure this counts as a benefit, but it sure looks good on Insta.) Not sure where to start? You can’t go far wrong with a classic matcha latte. Or, you can get wild by adding vanilla, honey or leaning into Veganuary by switching up to oat or almond milk. Hands up who's on team matcha? #WakeUp
