Thanks to Phillips Medisize in Letterkenny for hosting our Sustainability in Supply Chain Procurement class yesterday. The visit was led by their Senior Supply Chain Manager and one of the course tutors Liz McCarron, with Yosef Dvores from Veri Connect, also a course tutor, attending as well. They looked at sustainable practices throughout the plant and the impact of their dynamic green team. They also received informative inputs from HR and Aramark on their efforts to achieve environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals. #GoFurtherWithDonegalETB #supplychain #sustainability

Have you seen Wicked yet? If you are planning to see it, take a close look at the closing credits and you will see a local name listed: our talented former Mulroy College (Milford) student, Aoife Reed, was the Assistant Graphic Designer on it. Another proud moment for our Donegal ETB community. #GoFurtherWithDonegalETB #WickedMovie

Our Wellbeing Champions recently met in Letterkenny for an energising morning of training and idea-sharing on the topic of Staff Wellbeing. This dynamic group exchanged creative ideas of successful wellbeing events taking place in our schools and Further Education and Training (FET) centres. Our Chief Executive Anne McHugh also took time out of her busy schedule to meet the group. Included in the photo is our Head of HR, Eileen Doherty and Staff Wellbeing Coordinator Christina McEleney, who led the training. Thanks to Pauline in HR for organising the event. #WeAreDonegalETB

College Awareness Week 2024 (https://collegeaware.ie/) is almost over and our Further Education and Training (FET) Recruitment Officer Dara Devine and Apprenticeship team had a busy week visiting schools around the county to talk about FET and apprenticeship options. Thanks to all the schools for inviting them along and for organising talks and events to highlight progression options and to the students for their engagement. We've shared photos of the events during the week over on our other platforms; pictured below is our Errigal College Guidance Counsellor Donna McGowan-Brennan with Dara and one of our Senior Apprenticeship Advisors, Claire Lernihan. #GoFurtherWithDonegalETB #CAW2024
