National prices rose 9% during 2024, according to the latest Daft.ie house price report and the final quarter saw average listed prices reach €332,109, marking a 30% increase since the pandemic’s onset. As the property year winds down, Ireland’s housing market continues to demonstrate resilience, with new data from the Central Bank revealing substantial growth in mortgage lending activity.
