Another day another successful installation completed. It was a big team effort and a long day that turned into a long night and an early morning for the OxygenCare team to get the CARESCAPE Central Station Patient Monitoring system installed, together with ten Canvas Monitors and CARESCAPE One as well as a storage and charging station. The installation took place in St. Vincent's University Hospital last week. Our engineers Hubert Hove, John O’Rourke, Dave Murray and Product Specialist John Duddy with the additional support of Ren from SVUH Clinical Engineering finally got to leave in the early hours of the morning pleased to have completed the installation. They were quickly followed a few hours later by Liliana Alves Clinical Applications Specialist who arrived to conduct staff training first thing in the morning. 𝗢𝘅𝘆𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 At the recent 27th Annual BEAI (Biomedical / Clinical Engineering Association of Ireland) Scientific Conference OxygenCare were presented with the ‘Clinical Engineering Technology Support Award’ Our Engineering Solutions Manager andie healy was delighted to receive the award on behalf of his team from Eoghan Hayden Chairperson of BEAI “As sure as eggs is eggs, whenever awards are handed out, the clichés are sure to promptly follow. In this particular case, there really is no getting away from it – This one is for the Team"! This is OxygenCare’s fourth time winning the prestigious, BEAI Clinical Engineering Healthcare Technology Support Award. This is a fantastic achievement for our Product Support Department and represents, a much appreciated, acknowledgement of the hard work and commitment demonstrated by every member of our team. Whether an in-house engineer, a field service engineer or administration, we need everyone to buy into the OxygenCare ethos. The right decision, is rarely the easy one. We know we can rely on each member of our department to make the right decisions, day in and day out. We also know that we can rely on each other, and the wider OxygenCare team to deliver and get the job done. We know that by keeping the equipment and our customers, front and centre at all times, the rest will fall into place. Take a bow guys, this one is for you.
