CPH is one of Ireland’s leading, specialist powered access, plant and tool hire companies principally servicing the growing pharma, technology, utilities and green energy, food and bio-medical sectors and has an extensive blue-chip client base. Their access hire portfolio is one of the broadest across the Republic of Ireland, offering a diverse selection of over 1,000 machines of which 88% are electric. We are pleased to have supported Cliste Hospitality on its recent acquisition of the former Radisson Blu Hotel, Belfast. The 120-bedroom hotel is located in Belfast’s historic Gasworks district within 10 minutes’ walk of the city centre. Following a substantial refurbishment in 2024, the hotel will partner with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).   We wish Cliste Hospitality in partnership with Warren Private the best of luck with their new venture.
