All Stars Noel McGrath and Declan Browne joined us for our Open Day to celebrate our new residential service Monroe Lodge, Clonmel, Tipperary. The service will support five residents, employee 20 people, and is Resilience Healthcare’s fourth such service in Tipperary and 22nd Nationwide. We are lucky enough to have nearly 600 employees working with us. Thanks to Tipp FM for broadcasting live all morning from our house and thanks to everyone else who made the opening of this home possible. #HAVEpositiveimpact

This month, in collaboration with the HSE, we’re opening the world’s first respite service dedicated to people with Prader-Willi Syndrome 🧡 🔸PWS is a rare, multi-system disorder that affects approximately 1 in every 12,000 - 15,000 people, with 4-5 babies diagnosed in Ireland every year. 🔸After doing extensive research and speaking to specialists worldwide, we have opened 2 residential services in Wexford and Kildare, offering full time support to people with PWS. 🚀 🌈Ait Shona, meaning Happy Place, will be the first centre of its kind, offering a respite service to people with PWS, complete with all the necessary measures and supports to help them thrive.
