This recent piece from Silicon Republic covering our Pathfinder mission and partnership with T-Minus Engineering also highlights the significant growth reported by Enterprise Ireland in the Irish space sector: "Ireland has been taking leaps in the space sector recently. Last week, an Enterprise Ireland report revealed that 109 Irish companies were actively engaged with the European Space Agency by the end of last year. In total in 2023, the ESA awarded €9.9m to Irish companies, which were further supported by €2.2m in industry co-funding." https://lnkd.in/epQRhJTu

SUAS Aerospace has officially partnered with T-Minus Engineering for the Pathfinder launch mission from Ireland. Most European orbital rocket launches have until now taken place from French Guiana in South America. The Pathfinder Project aims to showcase Ireland's strategic location and ability to launch satellites into both northerly and southerly low Earth orbits, highlighting the potential for commercial rocket launches from Ireland to the wider European market. Netherlands-based T-Minus, the most prolific rocket launch enterprise in Europe, will provide expertise in solid rocket propulsion, onboard electronics, and launch operations for Pathfinder. Cork headquartered SUAS Aerospace will oversee the complex logistics of the launch including site acquisition, licensing, and stakeholder engagement.
