    "𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐠𝐨 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐠𝐚𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬, 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐚 𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫" - 𝐀𝐲𝐫𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐚 With Polaris Teams Ltd, my work is to advise and empower leaders and teams through their communication. At the Gaa Coaching Conference on Saturday however, it was my turn to have all the eyes in the room on me: to "go for the gap". Thanks to the attendees I met on the day; your considered questions about my work were a consistent reminder of my '𝐸𝑎𝑢 𝑅𝑜𝑢𝑔𝑒'.     𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 '𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦' 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐰𝐚𝐲? Our definition is a team with connection, togetherness, alignment, direction who communicate with purpose, but it is best captured by Tennyson: "𝑂𝑛𝑒 𝑒𝑞𝑢𝑎𝑙 𝑡𝑒𝑚𝑝𝑒𝑟 𝑜𝑓 ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑜𝑖𝑐 ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑡𝑠..." A 'Polaris Team' is what we want to be and with whom we wish to work. Just like Australia Men Sevens.

    Make Communication a Competitive Advantage

    "𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗛𝗜𝗖𝗛 𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗘, 𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗘..." What a whirlwind opening of the Paris Olympics with the Australian Men's Sevens as they qualify for the semi finals for the very first time. Polaris Teams Ltd has had the honour of supporting them over the course of this season with the ultimate aim of performing in Paris.
