Looks like a great event The Rediscovery Centre 🧡
We had a great day at the CRNI Community of Practice Textiles Event last week. We travelled to Change Clothes’ new premises in the Digital Hub on Tuesday to join sustainable fashion and textile practitioners from around the country. Thanks to Change Clothes for hosting, it was wonderful to learn about their journey, and their exciting plans for the future. The highlight of the day was collaborating on a communal project to create a "Reuse, Repair, Rewear" banner. This banner will now travel to social enterprises across the country, with each group adding their unique touch. It was inspiring to hear from organizations like CRNI, the Upcycle Movement, Change Clothes, and Oxfam about the amazing work being done in sustainable fashion. With so much energy and creativity in the room, 2025 is shaping up to be Ireland’s most circular textile year yet! #relovefashion #rediscoverfashion The Upcycle Movement Community Resources Network Ireland (CRNI) Roscommon Women's Network Oxfam Ireland Change Clothes #reversethetrend
