Bord Gáis Energy has published its Gender Pay Gap Report for 2024 which shows a -2% median gender pay gap in favour of women, and a mean gender pay gap of -1.7% in favour of women. A strong driver of the company’s performance on gender pay has been the increase in the number of women in senior management roles in the last two years.
