My client, a long-established and independent financial services provider, is looking to expand their leadership team. This company boasts an experienced and highly capable senior management group, with clear strategies for both team and company growth in their Dublin office. They are a forward-thinking, client-centric organisation driven by their commitment to providing exceptional client service and utilising cutting-edge technology.

This role offers full remote working, provided you reside in Ireland.

About the Role

Following significant new business wins, several Supervisor positions have become available.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee your team’s workflows and review their deliverables (Hedge NAVs, performance fees, pricing, etc.)
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision
• Lead and participate in change management projects and initiatives, both locally and across wider departments
• Conduct quarterly risk reviews, maintaining robust controls and mitigating potential risks

About You

You are a hands-on, motivated Fund Accounting Supervisor (or an experienced Senior ready to step up) with a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality service. You possess the professionalism and integrity needed to lead teams and interact with high-profile clients.

Key qualities we’re looking for:

• Experience with complex investment types, regulatory requirements, and performance fee methodologies
• A proactive, ambitious approach, with an interest in career progression
• Strong leadership skills with a commitment to client satisfaction
