Position Overview:
On their behalf we are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Director to lead and elevate our HR function. You will form part of the company senior leadership and will oversee a well-established HR team. This role requires a leader who can guide the HR function into a highly visible, efficient, and impactful division.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the organisation’s business objectives.
Drive cultural transformation to elevate employee engagement, inclusivity, and performance.
HR Function Evolution:
Evaluate and improve existing HR processes and systems to create a fully integrated and efficient HR department.
Champion the visibility of HR as a service, ensuring it is embedded within all operational areas of the business.
Operational Excellence:
Partner with cross-functional teams across food production, procurement, logistics, IT, and finance to optimise workforce efficiency, especially across shift operations.
Utilise commercial awareness to ensure the HR function contributes to overall business performance.
Team Leadership:
Provide coaching, guidance, and development to the HR team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
Lead the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment strategies are in place for current and future workforce needs.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Oversee the implementation and adherence to HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Manage employee relations, ensuring a fair and consistent approach in line with company values.
Change Management:
Act as a key driver for organisational change, leading initiatives that improve processes, culture, and overall employee experience.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a multinational or complex operational environment.
Demonstrated track record of evolving and transforming HR departments into high-performing divisions.
Commercial acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a focus on team development and engagement.
Experience working within industries such as food production, logistics, or manufacturing is advantageous.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for driving positive cultural change.
What We Offer:
Salary up to €125,000 basic
25% performance-related bonus.
