Salary: 80,000 - 90,000 p/a plus a 10k Car Allowance

Role Overview
This Senior HRBP will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of HR with developing and implementing a global HR strategy. You will partner with senior leaders to drive meaningful change, develop frameworks to support business growth, and ensure a high-performance culture.
This is a newly created hands-on role with a strong focus on building relationships, establishing HR processes, and creating leadership and performance management structures.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement a global HR strategy tailored to regional and divisional needs.
Develop HR frameworks to address gaps caused by rapid growth and limited infrastructure.
Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas for development and create targeted programs to upskill leaders and employees.
Define and implement a performance management structure that includes continuous feedback and improvement mechanisms.
Build a leadership development program with peer-to-peer coaching, mentoring, and growth opportunities.
Partner with senior leaders to identify current and future talent needs, support succession planning, and drive employee engagement.
Oversee cyclical HR processes, including performance reviews, pay reviews, promotions, and bonus schemes.
Handle complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and organizational standards.
Lead initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
Streamline existing HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Must-Haves:
10+ years of HR experience, including in a strategic or business partner role.
Strong expertise in employment law, with multi-jurisdictional exposure preferred.
Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Experience in a Corporate industry such as professional services, finance, or law firms.
Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to influence at senior levels.
