Spreading Holiday Cheer with ALONE! This festive season, the TELUS Digital Ireland team in Cork was proud to participate in the ALONE Holiday Parcel Appeal for the second year in a row. ALONE is a national charity supporting older people who may be lonely, frail, or facing challenges like illness or poverty. To bring some warmth and joy, our team members came together to fill almost 40 boxes with hats, scarves, gloves, sweet treats, and more—spreading comfort and connection during this meaningful time of year! #GiveWhereWeLive

With the Holidays just around the corner, we couldn’t miss the chance to celebrate the Team Leaders Summits that brought teams around Europe together these past few weeks! From November 18th to December 11th, over 500 team leaders took on a journey of learning, collaboration, and inspiration. Together, our leaders aligned on the strategic goals for 2025, shared best practices, and explored how we, as leaders, can drive success for our teams. From Peer2Peer learning circles to insightful Q&A sessions with Senior Managers, and a thought-provoking keynote on GenAI tools, the summits were packed with valuable takeaways. Let’s not forget the local team activities in Ireland - boosting creativity, communication, and teamwork! These events proved once again the strength and vision of our community. Here’s to carrying this momentum into 2025 and making it a year to remember!

TELUS Digital Ireland was honoured to support the 'Building Brighter Futures Together' Awards at Nagle Community College! Our ongoing partnership with the school's Sustainability Officer, Mary Gordon, has seen us work together on sustainability and giving back initiatives that truly make a difference within the Mahon community. VP of Finance, Tony Barry was on hand to celebrate the achievements of these exceptional students, Pia, Sean and Krzysztof, as they reminded us of the importance of community, connection, and creating positive change for the future! 💜💚

Career Compass: Accelerating Sustainable Careers for Women! 🚀 This week, we hosted a hybrid Connections event for our team members, featuring the incredible Bríd Bourke, Behavioural Scientist and keynote speaker, who shared invaluable insights on navigating systemic career challenges and aligning personal values with professional growth. The session provided actionable strategies to empower our team members to thrive professionally while staying true to their values. Today is International Men’s Day. Since 2020 we like to use this day as an opportunity to highlight the importance of men keeping checks on their physical and mental health. As men it can sometimes be difficult to ask for help under the incorrect notion that doing so is ‘unmanly’. So in the spirit of abandoning manliness, we asked some of our male leaders to channel their boyish charm to perform a medley of classic boyband hits and say “Bye Bye Bye” to the ideas of machismo and looking tough! 🕺🏻 Check out the video, after all “It Only Takes A Minute” (well, 2 minutes and 46 seconds really!) #InternationalMensDay

I was honored to represent our senior leadership team at TELUS Digital Ireland and show our commitment to diversity and inclusion, especially at the local level. It was wonderful to head down to Ringmahon Rangers AFC after work and meet with these talented young players and their dedicated coaches, right here in our community near the Mahon office, Cork. We're so proud to support these girls in the early years of their sporting journey, and to help create opportunities that encourage participation and foster confidence on and off the field. Here’s to a great season ahead!
